Daltex® Allershield® Plus
Daltex® Allershield® Plus is suitable for use as antimicrobial allergy relief bedding.
Allershield® Plus is a polypropylene laminate comprising of nonwoven spunbond and high filtration membrane, with additional antimicrobial protection. Allershield® Plus can be used in bedding as allergy relief mattress and pillow protection, ensuring a 99% reduction in dust released to the atmosphere.
Allershield® Plus has been designed to offer enhanced protection against house dust mites. With the inclusion of an antimicrobial additive, Allershield® Plus tackles the source of the allergy. Dust mites feed on the fungus on dead skin cells. The anitmicrobial inhibits the growth of the fungi, limiting the food source of the mites.
